Denim style preferences vary a lot and the same pair can look great on one body and terrible on another. These work for me in petite and one size down from what I usually buy. I like these a lot. They hint at a barrel-leg shape but are not extreme so no pegged look or excess fabric.
The rise is on the high side in line with current trends, but does not come up so high as to pinch when sitting. The length is short enough to look intentional and not a mistake. I prefer black to blue denim and this is quite a nice wash.
The fabric is quite thin, so not too hot for summer, but I will be interested to see how it wears. The word sculpting in the title is misleading as these fit too loosely to offer any shaping. I was glad I took a chance and tried these.
They go down right below my ankle. I highly recommend any of the sculpting pocket jeans! Please keep making these!.
